01 Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the phking365 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the phking365 Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and features available on phking365, including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, e-sabong, fishing arcade games, and bingo. Additional terms specific to individual games or promotions may apply and will be published alongside the relevant feature.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phking365, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active;
• Be a legal resident of, or be physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of phking365 or any of its related entities, or an immediate family member of such persons;
• Not be registered on any national or PAGCOR self-exclusion registry that prohibits access to gambling services;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not have had a previous phking365 account closed for a breach of these Terms.

phking365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phking365 may result in account suspension pending verification.

04 Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each Player is permitted to maintain a single account on phking365. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. phking365 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them without compensation.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any held balance.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal from your phking365 account, you must successfully complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent);
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required by PAGCOR or phking365's compliance team.

phking365 typically completes KYC review within one (1) business hour of receiving complete documentation. phking365 may request additional documentation at its discretion to satisfy Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

You are solely responsible for the security of your phking365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phking365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: phking365 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to minimum deposit amounts specified on the cashier page. phking365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of the deposited amount to its source, minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phking365 targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers vary by institution and are beyond phking365's control once submitted.

phking365 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations. Such checks will not unreasonably delay processing where documentation is promptly provided by the Player.

Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider while holding a positive balance on phking365 is a breach of these Terms. phking365 reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold any balance, and pursue recovery of funds through available legal means.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

phking365 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. Specific bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Real-money balance is used before Bonus Funds in any wager;
• Only certain game types may contribute to satisfying Wagering Requirements — live casino games and low-margin table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• A Player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless phking365 specifies otherwise;
• phking365 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to generate artificial wagering — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on phking365 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Player after placement, except where the Platform provides a specific cash-out or bet edit feature for a particular market.

In sports betting, in the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure, phking365's standard settlement rules apply as published in the relevant sportsbook rules section. For live dealer casino games, the decisions of the presiding dealer are final subject to confirmation by phking365's game integrity team in cases of dispute.

phking365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by:

• An obvious pricing error or technical malfunction;
• Suspected match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other integrity violation;
• Any circumstance where phking365 reasonably determines that the wager was placed with prior knowledge unavailable to the general public.

Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and are subject to change. Minimum bet amounts are likewise displayed per game.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phking365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information;
• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts (whether under the same identity or different identities);
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human method to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from exploited errors will be voided and the account suspended;
• Laundering money or using phking365 in any manner that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) or related Philippine legislation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phking365 staff or other Players;
• Engaging in collusion or any form of coordinated play intended to circumvent the house edge in table games or live casino;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfering with its security infrastructure.

phking365 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take any action deemed appropriate, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of balances pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phking365 Platform — including but not limited to the phking365 brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, video streams, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive property of phking365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, republish, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use the phking365 brand, trademark, or logo in any manner without prior written consent from phking365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phking365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, howsoever arising;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or events beyond phking365's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters;
• Any third-party conduct, including fraudulent transactions initiated by third parties on a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform — it is the Player's responsibility to manage their gambling activity responsibly.

Nothing in these Terms limits phking365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phking365's aggregate liability to any Player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

phking365 is committed to the principle that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and not cause harm to Players, their families, or the community. phking365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from any Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits settable by the Player;
• Session Limits: Configurable time limits per gambling session with optional session-end reminders;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access suspension ranging from 24 hours to six (6) months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account exclusion for Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, phking365 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. phking365 requests that Players who self-exclude also contact their other gambling providers and, where appropriate, PAGCOR's responsible gaming program to ensure comprehensive coverage.

phking365 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, all gameplay voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method minus any bonus amounts received.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

phking365 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms or any supplemental game or promotion rules;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Initiation of a chargeback against phking365 by the Player or their payment provider;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or PAGCOR instruction;
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed by phking365 for reasons other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the primary payment method on file within ten (10) business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phking365 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the balance may be remitted to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement as required by law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phking365 Platform, you agree to first contact phking365 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phking365 commits to responding to formal complaints submitted in writing within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or to the PAGCOR Player Protection Division where the dispute concerns a PAGCOR-regulated matter. The venue for any proceedings shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phking365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon next login to the phking365 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the phking365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact phking365 to request account closure.
